Definition of Needs and Selection Criteria
Each collaboration begins with a clear identification of our clients’ needs. This allows us to define precise selection criteria, such as technical expertise, availability, service areas, certifications, insurance coverage, and more.
Identification and Recommendations
We prioritize subcontractors who are recommended by peers or clients, or who have already proven their expertise in the field. That said, we also welcome unsolicited applications from qualified professionals.
Candidate Evaluation
Each profile is carefully assessed through:
- Verification of qualifications (licenses, training, certifications, etc.)
- Analysis of experience based on the types of projects completed
- Validation of professional references from previous clients
- Administrative and legal compliance
Proposal Review
When projects are involved, we compare received proposals based on several criteria, including clarity, accuracy, pricing, timelines, and proposed terms. Quality and reliability are always at the core of our decision-making.
Final Selection
The selected subcontractor is informed of the collaboration terms, including expectations regarding communication, execution, and customer service. A clear contract or mandate is established.
Ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation
We remain actively involved throughout the process:
- Active monitoring during assignments
- Client feedback
- Post-project evaluations to adjust or strengthen the collaboration
